Ellen Pompeo’s Flat Toe Ring Sandals for Family Day at the Beach

Ellen Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery took their daughter Stella to the beach last Sunday, August 15. For that fun family day Ellen wore a comfy red tank dress, carried a cute red tote with fringes, and had on a casual yet stylish pair of flat toe ring sandals:

What better to wear at the beach than a pair of comfy flat sandals, right Ms. Pompeo?

I particularly like Ellen Pompeo’s sandals because they have a really good shape to them. Though they’re simple and devoid of any embellishments, they’re still really flattering to the feet. The straps are well-placed and well-cut, the soles are long and slim, there is a tiny hint of heel to them – just straight up simple yet elegant sandals.

A flat toe ring sandal that has a good shape like Ellen Pompeo’s is this Cage Sandal by Michael Kors:

Though they don’t have the crisscrossing straps like on Ellen’s, they have the same long and lean silhouette and the same elegant design.
