I know these aren’t really Meg Ryan’s best moments, but I’m actually liking the menswear-inspired everyday outfits she has on here in these pictures. I would probably wish for a less baggy pair of pants on Miss Meg Ryan to make her look more streamlined but I still dig her comfy, casual and practical ensembles.

Her sandals also aren’t the prettiest of shoes, but they’re very sensible and actually a very good choice of footwear for navigating the streets of New York. Ballerina flats, wedges and flat thong sandals are nice to look at, but when it comes to getting down and dirty, nothing beats a pair of comfort sandals.

You might be thinking, “toe ring sandals again?”. Ellen Pompeo wore a pair just last week now it’s Anna Paquin this week! It might be a thing in Hollywood or it could be just a coincidence, but either way, they’re good to feature here on Jesus Sandal.

I wonder from where Ms. Paquin got her sandals? They’re quite an interesting pair. The ankle strap attaches so low on the heel and the toes even appear to be pointy. I’m not very much a toe ring sandal wearer, much less a pointy-toed one, but Anna Paquin rocks hers with aplomb.

I know toe ring sandals aren’t for everyone, but here are few that are much easier to wear than Anna Paquin’s pointy toe sandals:

What better to wear at the beach than a pair of comfy flat sandals, right Ms. Pompeo?

I particularly like Ellen Pompeo’s sandals because they have a really good shape to them. Though they’re simple and devoid of any embellishments, they’re still really flattering to the feet. The straps are well-placed and well-cut, the soles are long and slim, there is a tiny hint of heel to them – just straight up simple yet elegant sandals.
